Your first visit with me...
Welcome and thank you for choosing Erin Timme Hair Design for your hair care needs. I can't wait to meet you! You'll start by filling out the New Guest Intake Form listed below which will help me get to know you a little better. Next, you'll utilize the online booking system below by choosing one of the options that best fits your needs. Your appointment request will be received and you will then receive a confirmation message back with more details to ensure that your first visit is seamless.

Next you will arrive at Erin Timme Hair Design (located inside of Salon Mosaic). At this time we will discuss your hair goals, history and expectations. Please feel free to bring inspiration photos to share what you like and/or don't like. We will plan out, not just your first visit, but a long term plan to ensure all of your hair goals are met.
If you're here for a color, a formula will be custom blended for you and recorded, so that we have a history of what we do together. This will help with consistent results and easier color transitions for any changes we may want to make. I have plenty of amenities to help you stay comfy as your color processes.

I will help you wear a cut that is perfect for your face shape, lifestyle and overall hair goals. Styling tips and tricks are shared and extended styling lessons are available if you would like to learn something new, like beach waves or flat-iron curls.

We'll wrap up the visit by sharing my recommendations for at-home care and set you up with your next visit to maintain your new look! You can expect a follow up within a week to ensure that your style is just as expected and I'll be waiting to see you at your next visit.
